Eggs Pizziola

6 oz organic chicken breast pounded and cut into three medallions
6 oz of marinara
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chili flake
1 tbls evoo
1 tbls fresh chopped oregano
2 farm eggs


Brown garlic , chili flake with chicken and evoo
Deglaze with white wine
Add marinara and oregano simmer 2 min
Add eggs and cover poach for 4 min
