Detroit bus drivers rally at Campus Martius to improve working conditions

DETROIT (WXYZ) - D-DOT Drivers fed-up with what many feel are unsafe working conditions are planning to rally Tuesday morning from 10 o'clock until noon; marching from Campus Martius to the Coleman A Young Municipal Building.
Fred Westbrook, President of the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 26 says eight drivers have been hospitalized in the past nine months after becoming involved in altercations with passengers and says something needs to be done.
One such encounter was posted to YouTube, showing a female driver in a violent clash with a female passenger.
