DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Michigan Science Center has welcomed a new exhibit, Stingray Cove, a display that give visitors a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the rays and other sea life.
The event runs through August 31 and the science center says it is the perfect companion for their Journey to the South Pacific IMAX film. The event costs $3, above and beyond the normal Michigan Science Center admission.
This summer, the Michigan Science Center is also presenting their Fizz, Bang, Traveling Science! tour at libraries around the metro area. You can find out more, including the tour schedule, on their website .
