"The List Event": A night of luxury and learning to benefit the American Diabetes Association

Make sure you're on "THE LIST." The hot event featuring Metro Detroit's most exclusive group of young professionals will feature a night of dancing and drinks to benefit the American Diabetes Association.

Hosted by the Van House Foundation, The List Event is a full evening of education and entertainment that will inform the community's younger generation about Type I and Type II diabetes. With help from companies like Whole Foods Market and Team Brandt-Remerica Realty, the event will reach the 25-40 year old age group and connect them to the American Diabetes Association.

"The List Event" is being held at the Reserve, just outside of Big Rock Chop House in Birmingham, Friday April 25th. 7 Action News reporter Julie Banovic will emcee the event.

The Reserve is located at 325 S. Eton Street in Birmingham.
The VIP Pre-Party runs from 7-9 p.m.
The main event goes from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Pineapple Breeze Smoothie

  • 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2/3 light coconut milk
  • Crushed ice, to taste

Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
