(WXYZ) - Tracy Strieter from Medical Weight Loss Clinic stopped by Broadcast House this morning to tell 7 Action News viewers about some simple steps they can take to help make a tremendous difference in their weight.
Some of her tips included avoiding high-calorie breads and salad dressings while swapping out unhealthy snacks like potato chips and Doritos for fruit and rice cakes.
Other options include substituting sugar-filled desserts with healthier options like fat free frozen yogurt.
