thanks for the info about appliance repairs this will help for two years i have been payimg the dte 30 bucks a month well the lid switch on my waher went it wont spin so they sent a repair man who never cam and my wife missed a day of woek and he was so rude with her i didnt want him to come by then that was on fri well he shows up 6:30 monday tryed to say the washer needs more than it realy needs and says he will turn it ove to dte 3 days later dte says the proctetion plan doed not cover that well the switch only cost 40 buck ive been paying them 30 a month for two years i want a refund its a scam iam so upset that dte would rip me off can you get my money back from dte appliance protection plan of make the do what they said thay would do fix my stuff i have a boiler a frige a stove washer and dryer coverd but i think they just found away to get free money from someone who has none help please don
