At just 39-years-old, Peter Schmidt is division president of a company that, despite Michigan's economic downturn, is exploding in size and cranking out brand new jobs.

The company is PSCU Financial Services. The company has already opened two offices in Michigan, hired more than 200 employees and is now ready to hire another 200 workers over the next 12 months.

Rob Pesick just got a job at PSCU after 5 1/2 years in the automotive industry. Rob is a hard working husband and father of 2 little girls. He was fired in December from his auto financing job.

Thanks to the success of PSCU, Rob was hired just a few weeks ago as an account manager and is thrilled to be back working.
