When inspecting a GFCI outlet in a newly remodeled hall bath and the outlet goes dead. What is the likely problem?

Last Update: 7/09/2008 12:52 pm
If the outlet goes dead and is still dead after you reset it, the likely issue is that though the bath is newly remodeled, the GFCI outlet may be installed on an existing GFCI circuit. -Murray
