(WXYZ) - The Dream Cruise is a lot like the weather here in Michigan: unpredictable. In a matter of minutes, classic car fans can see dozens of uniquely restored vehicles parade on by down Woodward Avenue.

Billed as the largest one-day auto event in the world, organizers say the Dream Cruise may attract 1.2 million people and 40,000 vintage cars today.
The cars will range from Camaros and Corvettes to Firebirds and Thunderbirds, festooned with stripes, flames and two-toned colors.
The event stretches for 16 miles through nine communities in Oakland County.
