'Call for Action' Helps Keep an Elderly Man Safe

(WXYZ) - A few weeks ago, Bill Spencer and the "Call for Action" team set out to help a 95-year-old Detroit man who has been terrorized in his own home. Bill is making good on his promise to protect Jewell Garrett from ever being victimized again.
