Hyundai is reaching out to potential customers who are nervous about the economy.
They have rolled out a new program to protect new car buyers. If you buy a new Hyundai and hit hard times, just bring it back.
The program won't help though if you just change your mind, it only covers major problems, like loss of a job or medical disability.
The Better Business Bureau is making it easier this New Year to help you decide which companies you'll want to spend your hard earned dollars with.
The BBB is now assigning letter grades to businesses, ranging from A+ to F. This replaces the less detailed "satisfactory" or unsatisfactory ratings listed before.
The letter grade is based on a number of things, including the number and severity of complaints and whether they've been resolved in a timely manner.
Also, how long the the business has been operating, whether it's licensed properly and any government restrictions against the company.
You can find ratings and reliability reports for 80,000 local businesses at the bbb's website.
