Oh and one other thing I forgot to mention, regardless of your feelings towards people that use the system they pay in to. This is about the children. ALL children deserve assistance!

It should read U of D Mercy Dental School Offering Free Braces and Free Car Break-ins! Ours was one of them that got hit, like we have the money to repair it. :( They should have known that so many would have shown up and had security outside of the University parking lots that were FULL! Also, in case you were not aware Mcan2, some of us were hardworking Americans BEFORE layoffs began working 3+ jobs to support our families. Quit judging others! Are we the CEO's that ran the Big 3 into the ground? Nope, and what do you think we paid all those taxes into the system for, exactly "if" something like this happened. There are HONEST families that have had to use government assistance. Look at the real picture there, we have the HIGHEST number of unemployed people in Michigan. Numbers don't lie!

R u kidding me I'am a hard working single mom with three little girl's. I have been to court 56 time's in the last 6 yr's for child support. When I see people this ignorant It make's me sick. Not everyone who is on Medicade is mooching off the state. Step outside your box. U of D was kind enough to give people this opportunity. The way some of these comment's r projected is discusting. What if I were to say oh this is so typical, more trailer park trailer park trash or typical hill billey. I'am so sick of people judging instead of worring about inocent children getting brace's, worry about all the CEO's who really are at fault for your tax increase. Know what you are talking about before u start sounding like a complete fool. I have worked very hard, The attorney General took over my child support case. Still no child support, Women have to face this Epidemic everyday. So save your come on michigan comment's We help kid's in third world country's When our own children in United State's are suffering just the same. Get your head out of the gutter. From single mom who is not gliding through the system!!!!!!!!!

The two of you seem so ungrateful. You should feel blessed that you dont have to depend on government assistance. It is very humbling and sometimes degrading to seek assistance from others. If you feel it is better on the other side than trade your life with theirs.

Yes I agree we have seen it all now! There goes more of our taxes! They are already getting FREE health care. What about the big families that have moms and dads that actually WORK for a living that cant even get braces for their kids? This is such BS!C'mon Michigan wake the Hell up!
