For a quick primer on how the industry truly works, check out http://www.realfilmcareer.com for up-to-date industry news. Also the book "What I Really Want to Do: On Set in Hollywood" describes what REALLY happens every day on movie set. And for aspiring Writers/Directors, check out http://www.wordplayer.com. There are a lot of books and classes out there that claim to tell aspiring "filmmakers" how to make it in the film industry, but only a few willing to explain how difficult it can be. Just be wary of which ones you choose to spend your money on.

And no mention of how much the class costs. I'll bet it's a lot, S3 can make money off the 'classes' and then they don't guarantee anyone positions!

All you need is an aggrevating voice and no talent and you're a shoe-in!
