FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) - Drew Barrymore will walk the red carpet and host a free skating event in Farmington Hills Friday, September 11.
It's from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Bonaventure Skating Center, 24505 Halsted Road, Farmington Hills.
The first 955 people in line, get it. Admission is free. People are encouraged to bring their own skates, or they can rent skates for a small fee.
It's all to promote her new movie "Whip It", which was filmed in Michigan.
"Whip It" opens nationwide October 2nd.
