(WXYZ) Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has pleaded guilty to felony charges and will resign.
He accepted a plea deal the means he has to resign immediately, serve a 4 month jail term, lose his law license, serve 5 years probation, and pay $1,000,000 in restitution. The mayor also agrees not to run for office for 5 years.
