Walk begins: 10:00 a.m.
Companies and families are encouraged to form walking teams and participate in the "Mega March for Animals" on Sunday October 4, at Hart Plaza in Downtown Detroit. The two-mile walk will include Detroit's Riverfront for the first time.
More than 80 cents of every dollar goes directly to animal care. The funds help provide shelter, medical care, emergency response, cruelty investigation and more.
