Deep Fried Potato Skins Large

Potatoes, baked and cooled
All purpose flour
Seasoned salt (or salt, pepper & paprika)
Fat for deep frying

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out center of potato leaving a shell about 1/4" thick. Cut shells crosswise into pieces about 1" wide.

Coat with flour. Deep fry in hot fat at 375 degrees for about 2 minutes until light brown. Remove to paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Serve with sour cream and chives. Try other sauces too. Serve warm. Makes 5 dozen.

NOTE: These may be deep fried ahead and reheated later. Heat in oven in 400 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes until hot.

Honey Mustard Chicken Wings
3/4 - 1 lb. bag
Frozen chicken wings 1 jar
Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip

Bake chicken wings until almost done, according to package directions or until chicken hits an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Drain and return to pan. Pour Dip into pan and cover chicken wings. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve.

Our tip could be to use ground turkey because it's healthier.

Half Time Chili

1 1/2lbs of ground turkey
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 8oz can baked beans
1 15 oz. can white kidney beans
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce or marinara sauce
1 small can of chopped green chilis-(optional) salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and green pepper,add ground turkey,stir until meat is brown,add all other ingredients-stir-cover,and cook on low heat,stirring occasionally,for thirty minutes,serve with raw onion,and top with sour cream.great in taco shells, or with tostitos.
