Severe weather swept through metro Detroit setting off thunderstorm warnings and other alerts. Strong winds knocked over trees and downed wires causing major damage all over the area.

SORRY BUT HOW MANY TIMES HAS SOMEONE BEEN TOLD TO REMOVE THE DEAD OLD TREES. IF YOU LOOK ON TV, THERE DEAD AN ROTTED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TREE.THEY BEEN TOLD TO TAKE THEM DOWN BY TELEPHONE COMPAIES AN DTE FOR YEARS. BUT THERE TO CHEAP TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT AN REMOVE THEM. THE ACT OF GOD IN INSUSANCE USUALLY WONT COVER THIS. SOME PEOLPE DON'T LEARN.

Channel 7 you should come out to Morrocco street in Clinton Township. There is a tree covering an entire house. Its alot worse than the one your airing on television in Sterling Heights.

It's so hot out, Governor Granholm held a press conference earlier today, so she could take credit for enticing Satan to relocate Hell here to Michigan. She then immediately announced a new 75% State tax on all fan and air conditioner sales for existing Michigan residents and businesses.
