Domestic violence is a growing problem. If you are a victim, there is help out there for you.
In our area, the organization Help Against Violent Encounters Now, or HAVEN, provides help for anyone who may be involved in a violent relationship. The organization is located in Pontiac, and provides a 24 hour crisis support line.
Also, you can contact your local YWCA for counselling and support. They have support available through the Interim House. You can find more information about there by clicking here.
