(WXYZ) - Why is Drink Michigan? The concept is pretty simple It's goal is to celebrate and promote all the great beer, wine, and spirits made here in Michigan, give back to our community, and have a lot of fun.
Sip of Michigan will be held Friday, July 13 at the Rattlesnake Club in Detroit. Tickets are $50 per person. You can learn more at SipOfMichigan.com.
Guests who attend will have the chance to sample from over 30 Michigan breweries, wineries and distilleries, and they will also be treated to a pretty incredible spread of heavy appetizers and desserts prepared by The Rattlesnake’s chef. There band, Double Take will not only entertain, but it'll act as a backup band for those who want to sing karaoke!
Nearly 100 different kinds of Michigan beer, wine and spirits will be available for tasting, including New Holland Artisan Spirits Hopquila, Valentine Vodka from right here in Ferndale, Dark Horse Brewing Co. Crooked Tree IPA, Founders Brewing Company Devil Dancer, 2 Lads Winery Rose, and L. Mawby’s “Detroit” sparkling wine.
