SOUTHFIELD, Mich (WXYZ) - Executive Chef, Sharon Juergens stopped by 7 Action News to show us a quick and easy recipe for any last minute Super Bowl party.

Here's the full recipe for the appetizer.

Diamond Jim Brady’s Bar Cheese

Yield: 16 jars (Small jars.)

1# Cream Cheese

1/2 Qt. lightly packed shredded Cheddar

1 small  Onion, small diced

1 C. Brown Ale

1 tsp. Worcestershire

3/4 T. Prepared Horseradish

1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard

1 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning

1tsp. Sea Salt

1/2 tsp. Cayenne

Chopped Parsley & Caraway Seed to Garnish

Directions:

Bring cream cheese to room temp.

In small pot caramelize onions until golden brown, add ale and reduce by half. Set aside to cool just a bit, while you buzz other ingredients in food processor.

Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in food processor until smooth. Add beer mixture. Check for seasoning. Serve with warm soft pretzels, crackers or cut celery.
