(WXYZ) - Beth Combs from Health Management Systems of America stopped by 7 Action News to talk with Anu Prakash about ways to manage stress over the holidays.
She says that regular stress is normal this time of year. It's when you start trying to deal with too much in too little time that it's time to slow down.
The holidays are a time to remember what is important, and focus on reconnecting with loved ones and those people that are special in our lives.
She says that it is a time to create memories and reach out if you are feeling overwhelmed.
Beth also said that you need to take time to have a conversation with others if feeling stress.
