At age 45, one Michigan woman decided to embark on a midlife adventure instead of going through a midlife crisis.
Loreen Niewenhuis, the author of "A 1000-Mile Walk on the Beach," joined Anu Prakash on set to discuss her trek around the perimeter of Lake Michigan.
