The Jefferson East Business Association (JEBA) promotes commercial revitalization on Detroit's lower eastside and supports the economic sustainability of the Jefferson East Business District.

Key programs focus on the overall development of the district through promotion and marketing; business and job development through small business counseling and technical assistance; facade improvement grants; business retention and recruitment; and economic revitalization through historic preservation, economic development incentives and real estate project facilitation.
