WXYZ partners with MAB Foundation to offer scholarship for college students studying broadcasting

(WXYZ) - Paying for college is no small task and every little bit certainly helps. Once again, WXYZ has partnered with the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Foundation to offer a one-time $1,000 scholarship to assist students who are actively pursuing careers in a broadcast-related field.

Students will be required to submit a cover letter, resume, letters of recommendation, and a 200-300 word essay outlining their career goals to the MAB Foundation. We have extended the deadline for entry until Friday, January 27, 2012.
