Detroit (WXYZ) - The Matrix Center wants to make sure children have a Happy Halloween, but it cannot do it without your help. The Center hosts an annual Halloween party for over 1,500 children. Unfortunately, not all families can afford a costume, and that is where your help is needed.

Drop off new or gently used costumes at these two locations:  The Matrix Center, 13560 E. McNichols in Detroit or at AIREA Inc., 23231-B Industrial Park Drive, Farmington Hills. Hours are from 9am-5pm, and costumes can be dropped off now through October 22, 2010.  They are also accepting treats, decorations, and  volunteers. You can make a monetary donation by visiting  www.matrixhumanservices.org or by callingl (313)831-1000 ext. 1135.
