Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise divorcing, according to reports

According to People.com Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are getting divorced.

Tmz.com said Katie's attorney, Jonathan Wolfe released a statement saying, "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family." Wolfe adds, "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."

The couple tied the knot in November 2006 in a star-studded wedding held in at the 15th-century Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano, Italy the NY Daily News reported.

According to TMZ.com, Cruise was seen in Iceland this week where he's been shooting a movie called "Oblivion."
It said Katie and Suri have been spotted in NYC all week.
