'Red Dawn' to hit theaters Wednesday

(WXYZ) - It’s been three years in the making, but the new “Red Dawn” finally hits theaters Wednesday.

The film was shot right here in Detroit and feature stars like Chris Hemsworth, Josh Peck, Josh Hutcherson, Connor Cruise, and Isabel Lucas.

I caught up with Josh Peck to hear all about what it was like filming in Detroit, how this film compares to the 1984 original, and what kind of training the cast had to undergo to prepare for their physically demanding roles.
