DEARBORN, Mich. (WXYZ) - A festival to celebrate innovators and Do-it-Yourself fans comes to the Henry Ford on July 28-29.
More than 400 ‘makers’ will descend on the Henry Ford to hold demonstrations in Maker Faire Detroit 2012. The festival will have an eclectic mix of sights and sounds with everything from musical performances to robotics to arts and crafts.
Lego Studio owner Nick Britsky, of Royal Oak, is one of the makers who plans to host a Lego challenge game show.
Ticket prices for the event are $30 for adults , $20.50 for youth, and $27 for seniors. Children 4 and under are free.
