The Fear Factor event is open to participants between the ages of 5 and 18. Participants will test their courage by diving into tanks of worms and crickets for a good cause. Contestants will also receive pizza and pop. Prizes will be presented at the end of the evening.

Food and beverages will be available for the audience.

The event is being held on Sunday, February 19 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hazel Park Recreation Center. Tickets are $8.00 per person at the door, or a flat rate of $12 if there are three or more contestants in a family.

If you are unable to attend donations are being accepted. You can send them too: “Hazel Park Promise Zone, P.O. Box 1068, Hazel Park, MI 48030.  Include “Fear Factor” in the memo portion of the check.
