Wristbands for the Birmingham Village Fair on sale now

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. (WXYZ) - Birmingham is inviting you to kick off summer at the 49th Annual Birmingham Village Fair.

The four-day event includes carnival rides, games and all the food you can eat!  This year's fair will be held from May 31st to June 3rd on the surrounding streets of Shain Park in Downtown Birmingham.

“You don't have to travel far to have fun and make memories,” said Joe Bauman, president of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber. “The fair is a great staycation and a way to support the community. A portion of the fair proceeds will be distributed to more than 15 local nonprofit organizations.”

The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber and the Birmingham Bloomfield Credit Union are selling fair wristbands for $15 until May 30th but they're only good during certain time periods, and do not include Saturday.  You can also buy wristbands at the fair, but it will cost you $20.
