Eva Longoria splits from footballer boyfriend

EVA LONGORIA is single again after ending her summer romance with footballer MARK SANCHEZ.

The actress' representative has confirmed reports Longoria and the New York Jets quarterback have split amicably after several months of dating.

Meanwhile, Sanchez's publicist tells Us Weekly magazine, "Mark adores and respects Eva. It really was about scheduling more than anything else. They will remain close friends."

A source tells the publication, "There was no drama. They just have completely different schedules and lifestyles."

Longoria confirmed she was dating Sanchez during an appearance on pal Mario Lopez's TV news show Extra in September (12).

Since her split from husband Tony Parker in early 2011, the actress has also dated Eduardo Cruz. They ended their on/off romance in June (12).
