Miley Cyrus takes sick dog to the hospital

Actress/singer MILEY CYRUS has asked fans to pray for her pet dog after taking her to the hospital.

The former Hannah Montana star's Yorkshire Terrier mix, named Lila, recently fell sick and worried Cyrus rushed her to the vet for immediate medical attention.

And now the animal lover has pleaded with her Twitter.com followers to send well wishes her way as she awaits news from the pet doctor.

In a post, she writes, "please pray for my baby girl Lila... She is in the hospital. I am so heart broken. Please send out vibes for her to not be afraid & to heal."
