Toronto (WXYZ) - Hollywood traveled to Toronto for the 35th annual Toronto International Film Festival and Sunday night it was all about the cast of ‘Vanishing on 7th Street’.

Parts of the movie were shot at Channel 7!

Everyone came out for the big night, including actors Hayden Christensen, Thandie Newton and Jacob Latimore.

Director Brad Anderson was thrilled to have shot the movie in Detroit.

He says, "The fact that we were able to close down entire blocks of the city and empty it of people and its cars and make it feel like an empty city, I don't think we could've done that anywhere else."

The movie is scheduled for an early 2011 release date.
