REPORT: Beyonce lip-synced National Anthem at Obama inauguration

(WXYZ) - It was one of the highlights of the show, but now there are reports that Beyonce lip-synced to a backing track when she performed the Star Spangled Banner at Monday's inauguration.
Both CNN and the Times of London says they have confirmed that Beyonce lip-synced the song. The Time said they confirmed it with a spokesperson for the Marine Corps Band that Beyonce did lip-sync the song.
This isn't the first time someone has performed to a recorded track at an inauguration. In 2009 cellist Yo Yo Ma performed to a recorded track because it was the weather was too cold and windy for his instrument to sound correct.
