(WXYZ) - Taylor Swift has announced that she will be hitting the road to promote her new album RED, and she will be stopping in Detroit.
The tour will kick off March 13 in Omaha, Nebraska, before hitting 45 cites in 29 states and 3 Canadian provinces.
As part of the tour, Swift will play Ford Field on May 4. Other cities near Detroit where she will be performing include Cleveland on April 25, Columbus on May 8 and Chicago on August 10.
Tickets for the shows will go on sale November 16 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
