(WXYZ) - We're still flirting with temps in the 50s and 60s, but it's the holiday season when you turn on your radio dial.

That's because both Today's 105.1 FM and Fresh 100.3 have begun their annual tradition of playing all Christmas music all the time through the end of the year.

Fresh 100.3 kicked off their holiday music on Friday and Today's 105.1 is playing holiday songs for 60 straight days. Both stations also have special giveaways and contests tied into the annual Christmas music marathons.

Both stations say their audience is split on the issue, with some people saying its too early to start, while other people say they couldn't wait to hear the Christmas carols.
