Spinergy in downtown Northville

A new business is opening in downtown Northville aimed at helping you burn calories while having some fun.

Spinergy, showcases the realryder stationary bicycles to ride while watching video screens. 

Their 16 by 9 foot wall screen allows you pedal while watching scenic views of Napa Valley and other beautiful routes here in Michigan. 

The bikes allow you to move from side-to-side which puts more of an emphasis on your core. 

Owners Dennis Lauderback and Dave Gothrop ensure that they have the best instructors around and promise a good sweat!

Their motto is “Our place, your pace” meaning this workout is for anyone!  It doesn’t matter if you are just starting or an expert in fitness, you will get your fill at Spinergy.

They will also offer a boot camp and a separate after-school boot camp for kids.
