(WXYZ) - This month, 90,000 retirees at Ford will have to make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
They’ll have to decide whether or not they’ll take the pension buyout from the automaker.
This is being called the largest voluntary buyout in history.
Retirees can decide whether they’ll manage their own retirement funds or get a monthly sum. The decision could mean the difference between a comfortable retirement, or one filled with struggles.
