DETROIT (WXYZ) - Honda has made their splash at the North American International Auto Show by unveiling their Urban SUV Concept.
The company says the vehicle shows where they are moving and points towards the styling direction of a small SUV that will launch in Japan later this year. The still unnamed vehicle will hit the US market in 2014.
Honda says the new vehicle will be priced below the CR-V when it hits the market.
It will also feature the Fuel Efficient Earth Dreams Technology. Earth Dreams is Honda's latest generation of engines that are designed to have high output and high fuel efficiency.
The Urban SUV represents an expansion of Honda's Global Compact Series, a line of vehicles that includes the Honda Fit subcompact.
