At 21 years old Kyle Schroeder of Milan, Michigan is for the first time in his life holding down a good job. He’s fixing copying machines for a company called University Office Technologies.

It’s a huge step forward for Kyle who was diagnosed at a young age with Severe Attention Deficit Disorder. That meant, for years, Kyle couldn’t find a job. That is until he found a company called: Michigan Job Development.
