NORTHVILLE, Mich. (WXYZ) - If you’re a big fan of products “Made-in-the-USA,” you’ll probably appreciate the Buy Michigan Now Festival this weekend.
It returns to downtown Northville for the 4 th year in a row.
The stars of the festival are the locally-grown businesses showing off their goods and services. The goal is to highlight Michigan-based companies and products.
Many of the vendors are happy to talk about they do and answer any questions you may have.
Each year the festival has grown thanks to new sponsors and supporters.
“[We have] a couple of new things at the festival. We have a beer and wine tent for the first time,” explained Lisa Diggs from the Buy Michigan Now campaign. “Also, a mobile gaming unit for fans of Xbox 360 games.”
Entertainment also includes live music on the Main Stage located in Town Square across from the clock on Main Street.
Children can even check out magic performances, music, and mascots at the Kids Zone. That's located on north Center Street (also known as Church Square).
