Instagram app coming for Android users
App has 27 million iPhone users

(WXYZ) - Android users will soon have a new app to help them take better pictures and share them. Instagram is testing an Android version of its popular program.
27 million people are already using the app on their iPhones which allows them to enhance or edit their photos using filters. Users can enhance their photos without ever uploading them to a desktop or laptop. The app also allows sharing.
Apple named Instagram '2011 App of the Year.'
Instagram isn't saying when the Android app will be available, only that it is coming soon.
