DETROIT, Mich. (WXYZ) - The American Red Cross is asking for help as blood donations are down to the lowest level in 15 years.
The Summer is a typically slow season for blood donations but this year has been worse than normal.
All blood types are welcomed but the supplies that are in greatest need are O-negative, O-positive, A-negative and B-negative.
