(WXYZ) - Summer Infant Inc. is recalling two million Mother's Touch/Deluxe Baby Bathers because a baby can fall out when the product is being carried.

The folding wire frame on the bathers can dislocate from the side hinge and the baby can drop out.

There have been seven reports of babies falling out of bathers, including five reported head injuries.

The bathers were manufactured in China and were sold at stores nationwide and online from September 2004 through November 2011.

You can order a free repair kit by visiting the Summer Infant website .
