(WXYZ) - A woman's body was recovered from the Detroit River after police say she drove her pickup truck into the water Monday night in Wyandotte.
Wyandotte Police tell 7 Action News the woman's death is likely a suicide.
Witnesses say the Toyota Tundra pickup truck crashed through a railing and into the water around 9 p.m.
The Wayne County Dive Team and U.S. Coast Guard found the truck with the woman inside sometime after midnight.
Authorities say the woman's body was the only one found inside the vehicle, which was registered in Redford Township.
Police have not released the woman's name.
