(WXYZ) - Crews battled a fire at the Griswold Building in downtown Detroit Monday evening.
The building is also a senior living complex.
No serious injuries were reported, but a couple of residents were taken to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
Multiple emergency vehicles arrived on the scene. Neighbors say that people helped each other out of the building after the fire alarms went off.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
