DPD officer charged with felony for allegedly stealing funds

DETROIT (WXYZ) - A Detroit police officer has been charged with a felony for allegedly embezzling city money.
United States Attorney Barbara L. McQuade says Officer Kim Mosby Colbert altered time sheets and collected $29,859.00 from the Detroit Police Department for hours she did not work over a period of 3 years.
