WXYZ-TV - Get your cameras!

Pure Michigan is looking for you to show us your favorite "Michigan Moment" in a photo contest.

You have until November 9th to submit your picture and if yours is chosen, it'll be published in the Pure Michigan Travel Guide.

Your winning photo will be taken from a list of the top 10 voted by everyone who chooses their favorite when they visit the "Pure Michigan Facebook" page at: "https:// www.facebook.com/puremichigan"

When you send in your picture, remember to say where it was taken. The winning photo will have to reflect the "quality and character of Pure Michigan."

Vice President of Travel Michigan, George Zimmerman, says, "This contest is a fun way to showcase the beauty and destinations Michigan has to offer, while also giving our fans an opportunity to engage with and be a part of the Pure Michigan campaign."

The selected photo will be seen in the upcoming 2013 Spring/Summer Pure Michigan Travel Guide. A million of those Guides are published and  650,000 will go out with the Spring edition of the Midwest Living magazine. Extra copies of the guide will go out in a winter publication.

You'll also be able to vote for the photo you like on Twitter at: "https://twitter.com/intent/follow?source=followbutton&variant=1.0&screen_name=puremichigan and Instagram:  " http://web.stagram.com/n/puremichigan/"

Zimmerman adds: "“Every opportunity we make to connect with our fans on social networks is an opportunity to get the word out to an even wider audience that Michigan is a top travel destination here in the U.S.”

So, get snapping and Good Luck!
