(WXYZ) - Former State Supreme Court Justice Diane Hathaway is now in federal custody after reporting to prison.
Hathaway will now serve her 12 month, one day sentence in Alderson West Virginia, at the facility also known as "Camp Cupcake."
It's the same facility where Martha Stewart and former Detroit Council President Monica Conyers served time.
Hathaway pleaded guilty to bank fraud back in January after the 7 Action News Investigators exposed a series of shady real estate deals.
